Eligibility Criteria & Remuneration Structure

Tenure & Key Benefits
Engagement is purely contractual for an initial period of one year, extendable up to a maximum of three years. Selected coaches receive medical cover and official accommodation facilities as per company rules.
- Tenure: Initial engagement is for 01 year, extendable year-by-year up to 03 years max.
- Housing: Company accommodation (2 BR or equivalent) provided on a payment basis subject to availability. No HRA is admissible.
- Medical Benefit: Medical benefits for self only at Company hospitals without referrals for non-SAIL ex-employees. Ex-SAIL employees retain standard ex-employee benefits.
- Leave: Eligible for 10 days of leave per year with prior approval.
- TA/DA: Provided as per the lowest category of Executive cadre under SAIL Rules 2021 during official travel.
